As a registered nurse with additional training and certification in holistic nursing I am passionate about healing the whole person. I believe there is a strong connection between physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. This means that our health is largely influenced by what we regularly eat, think, and feel, as well as many factors within our lifestyle.
I got into the field of nursing because I love supporting people in healing and feeling their best. I have both personal and professional experience in recovery from physical, mental-health and emotional challenges.
After working in healthcare for more than a decade I’ve realized that while health is our most valuable asset many people do not see themselves as “healthy” and often express little hope of ever being healthy in the ways that they envision are best. Our conventional healthcare system tends to focus on diagnosis and treatment of disease more than overall wellness and vitality. While modern medical treatment is valuable and has led to many life-saving discoveries, health and disease prevention at an individualized level are often minimally addressed until a problem seems imminent.
My intention is to support you in living your healthiest, most fulfilling life- right now, in this season, and going forward. Whether you are struggling with a health condition, trying to decrease your risk down the road, or just trying to look and feel your absolute best, we can develop a plan that leads you into the optimal state of well-being that you desire.
